Nursery Bedding for a Girl
Nursery bedding for a baby girl is so much fun! It's a delight to watch an expectant mother buying bedding for her daughter's crib. There is pink flying everywhere and the mother's face is glowing and radiant. Buying crib bedding for a girl means there are so many options to choose from. You will be up to your neck in frills, lace, polka dots, and flowers. And let's don't forget pink! Pink, pink, pink, and lots of it.
You can find nursery bedding for a girl that is full of whimsy. Bold pink stripes with forest creatures embroidered on to say good morning to your sweet baby and to keep her company at night will look so precious. Fanciful ladybugs appliquéd to a pink and green quilt will fill her with delight. Even jungle animals can be girly. Quirky monkeys and giraffes in pink, purple, and emerald can make friends on a pink trimmed quilt or blanket. Paisley nursery bedding is a favorite of mothers. Pink paisley is so precious and really brings a sense of beauty and capricious to the room.
You can do elegant instead. Hand embroidered flowers on a more stately solid color or a bold solid trimmed in another color will both make a statement. A big trend in girls right now is pink and brown, which has an elegance all its own. You can find pink and brown polka dots, stripes, and floral patterns. The pink may range from dark to light and the brown could be chocolate to caramel. The result is a rich, opulent look fit for a princess. Taupe and ivory make nice complements for pink and brown accents. A lovely quilt in these colors will do nicely for any sweet daughter's room.
Speaking of princesses, your daughter's nursery bedding may be princess themed. You already know she will be your little princess no matter what, so get started now letting the world know. Or maybe a ballerina? That's every little girl's vision of a princess. Is there a more obvious statement of femininity?
If you don't want quite so much pink on your nursery bedding, you can choose one that uses pink as an accent color. It will still say "girl" at first glance but not be quite so covered in pink. Or you may go for a girlie theme in colors absent pink. Maybe butterflies will cavort on a yellow background or flowers will grow on a green backdrop.
Other families can't get enough pink on their nursery bedding. Cherry, crimson, pink and cranberry all dance alongside one another with floral accents and taffeta material make a charming little girl's nursery. You may even decide to use red in your nursery Red and white make for a quite striking girl's room.
Don't be afraid to use blue in your daughter's nursery bedding. Placed alongside red or pink, the overall effect will still be feminine. And with the frills and pleats on the dust ruffle, your nursery will still be obviously for a girl.

Creative Playroom Decor
Decorating the playroom can be a lot of fun. You can use crazy patterns and colors that you normally wouldn't consider for a normal bedroom or other room in your home. The playroom can be a fun place for the whole family to get involved. Tap your inner creativity and create a playroom that you, your children, and your whole family can enjoy.
Kids and parents love it when they have a playroom that is organized and fun. It's not much fun to dig through endless toy boxes trying to find the pieces to your toys and games. This is why the number one job of creating a fun playroom is to get organized. You will want to do this before you paint or make any other plans, because what you decide is best may need to be included in the painting or worked around in some way.
If you have a large playroom, you're in luck. But, even small playrooms can be super organized. It is easier to keep a playroom organized that is divided into play areas, or sections. How you divide is up to you. You can have each child's toys in certain areas with a community area in the center. You can have developmental toys in one station, arts and crafts in another, a reading center in another area, and computer games in another section. Dividing the room up helps avoid the dreaded mountain of every piece of every toy in the house.
Create physical barrier for each section of the room if you can. A hanging canopy on a hoop can seclude a reading section. A tent can be a fun retreat and place for storing stuffed animals and having sleepovers. A low, double-sided bookcase makes a good divider that is great for storing games and buckets of toys. Tables that store craft supplies and puzzles in the center keep these items from getting mixed up with everything else.
Don't over-organize and make it too difficult for your children to keep the playroom neat. Instead, create general areas where things go and it will remain a lot more organized than if there is an overwhelming number of buckets and bins in one spot. This makes it too easy for kids to just toss everything in with no regard to what it says on each bucket. Place only a few bins in each area, cut off from other areas and you'll have more success.
If your kids are bad about just dumping everything that has parts to it, then you may want to adjust the playroom closet to hold things with pieces that you don't want lost. Kids can earn these items by putting away other items around the room. Make sure there is a clear area for kids to play with board games and other toys with tiny parts.
To make room in the closet, move any clothing off of the existing shelves and hang them on infant hangers or children's hangers. Baby hangers will keep the clothes nice and neat while freeing up space for games and toys with pieces. You can put a lock up high if you want to keep children out of this closet so that you don't have to worry about pieces being lost while they are playing.

Should Babies Have Coffee?
Recent research has shown that infants that were given caffeine had issues with their sleep patterns, developing potential sleep abnormalities. However, many babies can begin to see effects from caffeine even before they are born.
There are many different schools of thought surrounding whether or not you should drink coffee during pregnancy. Excessive coffee drinking was once rumored to have caused miscarriages, but most recently, scientific studies have confirmed that having up to 3 cups of coffee a day during the second portion of the pregnancy should not harm the baby. However, it does depend upon the individual because it could cause insomnia or even nausea during pregnancy. One more thing for mothers to keep in mind is that whatever they ingest will go directly into their breast milk to affect their baby. Coffee does work as a stimulant, so it may cancel out the benefits of breast milk that cause the baby to sleep. Again, there is nothing wrong with enjoying coffee in moderation while breast-feeding, but excess caffeine consumption should be avoided.
The bottom line is that it is not ideal to give coffee to a babies since it can generally cause sleeplessness. When this theory was tested on rats, the rats that had coffee as babies had abnormal sleep patterns and a faster breathing rate. There is also an age-old myth that if a young child drinks coffee, their growth will be stunted. This is not necessarily true, but coffee is a beverage best enjoyed by those that are more mature and are not growing as infants.
The best course of action is to enjoy coffee in moderation and not give it to your babies. Coffee has not been proven to affect growth rates in children at all, but when given to babies, it can affect their sleep patterns for the worse. Pregnant and breast-feeding mothers do not have to worry about their moderate coffee intake because it is recommended to drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee on a daily basis. The main reason behind this is that coffee has recently been proven to be full of disease fighting benefits, so when you enjoy it in moderation, you can count on reducing your risk for diabetes, cirrhosis of the liver, and even Alzheimer's.
However, these same benefits may not hold true for infants because the main effect of excessive coffee drinking on babies is sleeplessness. As you are caring for your infant, there is nothing wrong with moderate coffee drinking as an adult, but it is not something that should be given to small children. The main reason behind this is that it will disrupt sleep patterns, which can be a huge issue for small and impressionable children.
Other than that, you can continue to enjoy your cup of Joe regularly and in moderation because it is full of antioxidants that will fight disease and prevent premature aging! The great news to know is that coffee has been proven to be a healthy beverage when consumed in moderation on a regular basis.

Jogging With Your Child - What You Need to Know
Jogging is no longer an adult only sport. These days, more and more parents are hitting the pavement pushing their children in a jogging stroller. Running with a stroller is very different than running alone, and it can be a challenge to make the change from your usual routine. The comfort and security of both you and your child must be the top priorities. Follow these tips to help you make sure that the runs you take with your child go as smoothly as possible.
Purchase a high quality jogging stroller - Having the proper equipment to make sure the run is enjoyable for both you and your child is of great importance. The stroller should have a lightweight, stable frame, a large fixed front tire, a deep child seat with a padded, adjustable 5-point harness, a hand brake and rear brake, a storage basket and pockets, an adjustable sun canopy and a safety wrist strap. Each model has its own special added features, and remember, you get what you pay for.
Make sure your baby is old enough - Some jogging stroller seats can lie flat for infants, and several models now even come with an infant car seat adapter. However, stroller manufacturers usually recommend waiting until your baby is 6 months old to take him on runs, since this is usually when his neck muscles are strong enough to support his head. Some safety organizations recommend waiting until the age of 12 months, because the ride can be too jarring for the developing spine of an infant, even on smooth pavement. It may be best to put your jogging routine on hold for a while or get someone to babysit a couple times a week while you go out for a run.
Dress her appropriately for the weather conditions - Remember, you'll warm up because you're running, but she won't. Dress her lightly on warm days, use sunscreen (after the age of 6 months) and the stroller's sunshield. Consider using a product such as the "Cool Mee" Seat Liner by Meeno Babies (http://www.meenobabies.com), which wicks away sweat from baby and allows warm air to escape through high-tech fabric. Bundle her up in cooler weather, and on windy, rainy or snowy days, use a weather shield.
Keep your child comfortable - A happy child makes for a better run, so change his diaper before leaving home, and bring wipes, water and a snack with you. Books and small toys that can be attached to the stroller are also a great way to keep him occupied. And don't forget to stop for a second or two every few minutes to check on him.
Limit your runs to a reasonable length of time - You may be used to doing hour-long runs, but your child may start to get antsy after only 30 minutes. See how much she can handle after going out a couple of times, and then adjust if necessary. You can also gain an extra 30 minutes or so by going for your run just before nap time so that she falls asleep from the movement of the stroller. Be sure to cut the length of your runs on very hot or cold days, or leave your child at home with someone.
If you want to run in a race, stick to the rules - Some races allow jogging strollers, others don't. If at all possible, run without a stroller (it'll be more pleasant for you and the other runners), or find an event that is stroller friendly, and stay in the back. Keep in mind that running with a stroller slows down your pace, so you may want to go it alone.
Using a jogging stroller is a wonderful way to get out and move in the fresh air with your child. Following the advice above can ensure that your runs are lots of fun for the both of you.

Car Seat Strollers - Lightweight, Convenient and Safe Alternative
As a parent, you are concerned with safety and portability when you choose a stroller for your precious baby. These days, parents are well informed regarding the various strollers that are available and many opt for products that are less bulky and can double as car seat carriers. Just imagine getting through your day full of errands with a stroller that is extremely simple and weighs hardly anything!
Car seat stroller frames are very convenient, compact and lightweight, which is very helpful during the big changes your family goes through with the arrival of a new baby. You are actually getting two products for the price of one because the infant seat carrier is easily transported onto the compatible stroller frame. This product is easy to use and relatively inexpensive, durable and lightweight, making this type of stroller ideal for mothers who have to travel daily with their babies.
Some of the popular brands that include car seat strollers in their product line include Graco, Combi, and Baby Trend. Most of these are compatible with the major brands of infant automobile seats, making them convenient, affordable, and safe for your infant.
Baby Trend now offers the Snap-N-Go single or double car seat strollers. The Snap-N-Go makes it possible for you to move your infant's infant seat carrier directly onto the stroller frame without taking baby out of the carrier. The Snap-N-Go stroller frame can be folded, making it easy to store at home or in the car. This model includes some nice extra features like an extra large basket for storage and a parent tray that includes two cup holders. The rear wheels include safety brakes. The Snap-N-Go strollers by Baby Trend are compatible with 22 and 30 pound infant seats and major brand infant seats such as the Chicco KeyFit 30, Chicco KeyFit, Graco Sungride 32, and Graco Snugride. The single stroller frame weighs just 12 pounds and the double weighs 18 pounds.
Combi offers a couple of car seat stroller frames called Coccoro Flash and the Flash EX, which is the best seller. Each model folds up in 3 seconds and has excellent reviews from owners across different web retailers. The seat can be easily attached and detached and parents find that its easy to maneuver and store. Both stroller frames that Combi offers weigh well under 11 pounds each, so they're a cinch to transport, yet sturdy enough to be safe.
Lastly, Graco offers the SnugRider stroller, which is compatible with every infant seat Graco sells. Weighing just 12 pounds, the SnugRider fits nicely in nearly any trunk. It features two cup holders for parents and a storage basket that's large enough for all the necessities, which has gotten this car seat stroller frame a 4.5-star review from hundreds of happy customers. One of the best features of the SnugRider is it can be folded in a matter of seconds using just one hand. The lockable front swivel wheels allow for easy maneuverability and the height adjustable handle lets parents customize the fit for strolling comfort.
Now that you know about this convenient alternative to travel systems and full-sized strollers, don't you want to explore this option further?

Beginner Guide to Get Started in Jogging and Lose Weight
I managed to lose 30 pounds in the past 6 months by jogging. Jogging is really a good exercise to lose weight and train up your body. When I share my success story with others, they simply can't believe that I can change my lifestyle so much and exercise regularly. It is very hard for them to exercise in a regular basis.
Actually it is not hard for you to get started in jogging and make it becomes part of your life. All you have to do is follow the right steps listed below and you can have the same results like me:
Goal Setting. You must have a simple and achievable goal. Please don't set a goal to jog 10 miles in first week. You will fail! For me, I only set a goal to jog 3 days per week, 20 minutes each time. Never care about the distance and speed. I never care how far I jog or the speed. I just focus my goal that I must jog at least 20 minutes a day. As long as you do it regularly, you will lose weight. I just Walk if I want to. Before this I have a wrong mindset that I must jog as much as I can and force my body to do so. In fact, I don't really have to force myself to jog. Sometime walking is just as good as jogging. Just change your plan according to your energy of the day. Keep the promise. Similarly, go jogging whenever you want (mornings, noons, or nights), it makes little/no difference. Just make sure you make a FIRM appointment with yourself or a friend to run at a particular time and place..."later" never comes.
As long as you follow the right steps above, do it regularly and make it becomes your habits, then you will lose weight. The problem most people can't lose weight is because they don't persistence enough in exercise. You might not see the results in starting stage, but keep doing. You will definitely can lose weight with my plan.
